Bookings
All properties presented by MR Agency are subject to commercial agreements authorising their promotion and booking for event purposes. Any client reservation is conditional upon the execution of a usage agreement, which outlines the applicable terms, including but not limited to authorised operating hours and permitted event types. A security deposit, proof of insurance, and full payment must be received prior to the client occupancy of the venue.
Any renewal or extension of usage rights, for a three (3) years period following the agreement, must be arranged exclusively through MR Agency.
In the event of any breach of the agreed terms, MR Agency reserves the right to cancel the reservation and/or retain all or part of the sums paid, without prejudice to any additional remedies available.
