The space is divided into a 50m² area overlooking rue de Turenne with a 6m bay window, and an adjacent 90m2 area overlooking a courtyard of rare elegance.

The street-facing space has a warm, refined atmosphere. There's also a 15m² mezzanine with a small, fully-equipped kitchen.

The courtyard area is divided into two rooms, one of 45m² with 4m high ceilings and a private entrance. The second room, also 45m², has a professional kitchen, equipped with everything needed to host private dinner parties. This room also has a 15m² mezzanine.

The total space is therefore 140m² and can accommodate 110 people.
