Since its grand opening in September 2024, Atica, a cutting-edge gastronomic restaurant in Paris, has garnered widespread acclaim for its innovative dining experience. Recently awarded the Best Fine Dining Restaurant in France and the Palme d’Or 2025, Atica takes guests on an unforgettable journey through time and space, showcasing diverse cultures through its immersive dining concept.
The Vision Behind Atica
Founder Ramzi Saade combined his engineering and culinary skills to create Atica. He transformed the ‘Le Seine’ movie theater into a unique dining space. The restaurant features 112 m2 of screens that immerse guests in the culture of each season. Guests experience not just food, but sight, sound, touch, and smell.
Journey Through the Basque Country
Each season, Atica explores a new region. For its debut, the Basque Country is featured. Guests travel through mountains, valleys, and the ocean via videos, food, and scents.
A Basque perfumer designed a signature fragrance, evoking the Basque coast. The menu includes Espelette pepper cocktails and traditional Basque dishes paired with local wines. Over 200 artisans and winemakers helped bring this experience to life.
The next Atica destination has been selected, and they are taking us to the stunning island of Corsica. With its blend of French and Italian influences, turquoise waters, and wild beauty, we can’t wait to discover all that is in store. From mountain villages to seaside feasts, Corsica promises a delicious new chapter – and we’re ready for the adventure!
A Unique Event Space
Atica is also available as an event space. It can host 200 standing or 50 seated guests. The immersive screens and unique design make it perfect for workshops, product launches, art openings, and more.
